NOTE*

TUITION FEE DEPOSIT.

Most situations do not require one.

Once Accepted as a CAST Member a TUITION FEE DEPOSIT is required of at least [50%] once submitted.

This fee covers costumes, uniforms, shoes, socks, and other accessories that will be needed. This does not include international or LTWP Brand costumes. All Custom costumes, uniforms, shoes, socks, or clothing of any kind may become the property of the CAST Member, once the agreed performance and promotional appearances are completed. These are determined onsite. Dates will be agreed in writing and you are fully Insured against injury with our event insurance. A signed performance waiver will be required before arrival at the parade location.

Additional details will be sent to you via email about the total tuition. Tuition does NOT include travel or lodging to events.

This means all CAST Members have complete decision-making and control of their travel and lodging arrangements.

Lets Think Big Now Productions reserves the right to refuse and deny participation to activities by anyone not in compliance or complete agreement with our mission, purpose, behavior, or personal conduct behaviors that do not come into agreement with our purpose and mission. Participants are Volunteer and Service oriented. Respect for and understanding the mission of the culture of The Light The World Parade Organization.
